Hi Jack,
You need to add an item to the order using the form, and then the
quantity will increment.
You can change the behaviour around adding items in acquisitions by
changing the AcqCreateItem system preference, depending on your whim.

"suggestions" and "a new empty record". Whenever I get down to the Accounting
Details window and try to enter a Quantity, the system will not let me enter anything into that
