Adding to what Zeno has mentioned, the title of the presentation is a misnomer. At 3 min 55 sec you are clearly instructing the viewer to add the "oldstable" repository. Oldstable is a moniker for the previous stable version of Koha at any given point of time. This is NOT recommended best practise.
