There is now a new patch which positions the lang chooser at the masthead. Users' are being requested to offer their inputs whether: a) we stick to the way it is currently (at the bottom of the page and with UX issues unless the patch from 11057 is applied) (Reference - http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=11057) OR b) we switch to the new position on the masthead using the patch from 14252?
