I'd searched this issue and found bug 9254 may be related to this
issue.
But what I need is how to enable "hold filled" email notification by
on click instead of enable it one by one. Since we have lots of members
already, it will be a big effort to enable it one by one. Can I modify it
in MySQL database directly? which field to be modified?
