Dear Professionals, At the time of import through MARCEDIT, if you are having say 3 items, i.e., 3 copies of a book (with 3 different barcode) attached to a bibliographic record, then an ideal mechanism should be as follows:-
************ Bibliographic Record Details with Marc Tag **************** 952$a*********Item 1 Details **************** 952$a*********Item 2 Details **************** 952$a*********Item 3 Details **************** Otherwise, for the same record/title, 3 different bibliographic records will be created and each will have one item attached to it. Similarly as Bob Birchall from Calyx suggested, all item details for eg., 952$a*****952Sb*****952$c**** should be in one line, otherwise you will get multiple bibliographic records for the same title with item details scatterd amongst them. -- Mr. Mahesh M.
