For those thinking, "Attachment 40979? 40442?" The bug number is 10988.

And the current attachment number is 40979.
And no, this is likely a data error caused by a poor manual edit rather than
using 'git bz'.
I would hate to think someone manually edited the YAML::Syck library.

was able to make this work in 3.20.1 and 3.18.8 a month ago following
attachment 40442. Is there something I'm missing? Or is there a bug
somewhere? YAML syck is 0.71 and is a debian 7 server. Thanks!
