I'm setting up patron notifications by SMS but have no clue which SMS
provider to use.
Any Canadian libraries want to recommend one?
I'm not a library, nor a librarian; I'm a developer. However, I am Canadian
and about an 1.5 hours away it seems. Perhaps something like this link is
