In case you've missed the information : BibLibre is the sponsor of the

I would be more than happy if the winner is a Koha library. So, don't
hesitate to apply if you have innovative marketing projects/campaigns.
(to avoid any misunderstanding: it's not BibLibre that choose the
winner. So this email is only/mostly to encourage you, but you won't get
a better chance because you're using Koha/knowing me ;-) )
PS: Owen, you should apply: the next IFLA conference is close to your
home. That would cost us much less money to fund the trip
