Hi Alessandro, please include information about your Koha version when asking questions on the mailing list next time, this will make it usually easier to help you.
Some things you can check: - Do your records have items? - In your circulation conditions, did you define a rule for all libraries, all itemtypes and all patrons where the number of allowed holds is > 0? - Did you try to place a hold on an available item? (system preference AllowOnShelfHolds prior 3.22) - Did you allow holds in the OPAC? (system preference RequestOnOpac) ...
