i have installed koha ubuntu 12.04 though git-core git-email

System start/stop links for /etc/init.d/koha-index-daemon already exist.
when trying to run this
sudo -u koha misc/migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl -z -b -a
sudo: misc/migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl: command not found
and i cannot search an book thouh opac or staff clients
plsease help
