Thanks for pointing me to this which looks fine. However, I am still stuck about creating cataloguers work file. Is there any way in Koha to create each cataloguers work files so that the chief cataloguer can make final check for any records in Koha. Then the record can be suppressed in OPAC? Any idea or advice, please help. The way we do it (mind you we have a very small staff) is to use the 942$n field The newly catalogued records are marked 'hide in Opac'.
