After some attempts I've edited
*/etc/mysql/my.conf*
and inserted this 2 lines at bottom:
*
[mysqld]
sql-mode="STRICT_TRANS_TABLES,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION"*
It looks everything ok and the authorized vales lists are showing.
