Hi Vimal, There is a script provided in Koha to do this, on the packages it will be at /usr/share/koha/bin/maintenance/borrowers-force-messaging-defaults
To use it, set the defaults for each category within the Patron categories editor in the Koha administration, then use this script to apply those defaults to all borrowers. Be aware that if you have borrowers that have personally set these settings already, using the tool to force defaults will override their preferences. This can lead to angry borrowers.
