The documentation of the circulation rules (manual section 3.2.1)
states: "Next you can decide if this patron/item combo are allowed to
place holds on items that are on the shelf (or available in the library)
or not. If you choose 'no' then items can only be placed on hold if
checked out." This implies the behaviour is Yes/No. However, in the
circulation rules matrix, for the 'On shelf reserves allowed' column the
options are:
- yes
- if any unavailable
- if all unavailable
Can anyone point me to the bugzilla entry that changed this behaviour?
I'd like to update the doco.
