Not with standard Koha tools. There is a bug for it, but no patch yet: https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=16662 But you could add LetsEncrypt to the apacheconfigs yourself, or using the tools provided by LetsEncrypt, the same way you would do it for any other website.
