With packages, Zebra comes installed already. Unsure about non-package
installation (I've never done this). I've found this:

you might want to ensure that this information is up-to-date, and whether
it's applicable to your situation.
3. If it another error?
Unsure. Though I've been told to run Koha scripts as koha user - to
avoid permissions problems - using this command:
sudo koha-shell [your_instance_name_here]
