I'm trying to allow on shelf holds for all users. I have enabled the setting in the circulation and fine rules, turned on "RequestOnOpac", but Koha still won't let users place holds via the OPAC for items in stock. I also get a little yellow warning triangle on the staff system when placing holds.
Any ideas what settings I may need to change? Thanks for your help.
