Hello!

We have recently encountered an issue with sending email notifications
(overdue, coming due, etc.). In an attempt to troubleshoot, I am wondering if
there is someone who can walk me through the different steps that Koha takes to
send an email notification off-list. I unfortunately don't know much about how
it was set up, and there seems to be a variety of ways to get the notifications
through (we use sendmail on an Ubuntu server). Our IT department has ruled out
any issues with the mail server proper, and I just don't know where to look if
something has gone wrong.

Thank you in advance!!
