I bet if you go to tools -> viewlog it works. It is only broken from if you are on the borrowers page.
Go to http://koha.adminkuhn.ch:8080/cgi-bin/koha/tools/viewlog.pl And it works there. So yes there is a bug, but it is only when viewing the log via a patrons record.
