Hi Vimal, I would have put that to the wiki or the official documentation. Especially because it is the wrong way to configure it, and other people would have been able to correct it. There is a friendly configuration page to configure these sysprefs, see "Home › Administration › Usage statistics" For instance UsageStatsGeolocation is supposed to be a geolocation value (with latitude and longitude), not a country or city name.
