You should disable this sysprefs in production: DumpTemplateVarsOpac DumpTemplateVarsIntranet I would suggest to upgrade your Koha version. The OAI harvesting is happening 10 records at a time in your setup. Older versions of Koha didn't have the timestamp fields for metadata indexed, and thus searching by date is very slow. Newer has that fixed. That might be your problem. Good luck, and share your error messages if any!
