Hi,
it's hard to tell what could be going wrong without more information
about your layout and template. If you shared your settings, maybe
someone can help. Which version of Koha are you using?

Created batch of 4-5 cards and looking the pdf generated, I found that all
the cards are not on page 1. Cards position is not well. First card on
Pag1, 2 and 3 card on second page and so on..
So please let me what I missed to print cards on same page.. The layout
shows 2 columns and 4 rows but still not good.
