The error is because you have managed to mess up your instance's koha-conf.xml :-( The easiest way IMHO would be generate a dummy instance and copy over the relevant part of the plugin from the new dummy instance's koha-conf.xml and changing the instance reference to your actual instance when you do the overwrite.
