The Koha community is proud to announce the release of Koha 17.11.13.
This is a maintenance release.

Debian packages will be upgraded in a few days.
Pay attention to Bug 21955 integration : Cache::Memory should not be
used as L2 cache.
This means Memcached is more than recommanded on production servers.
