Hi Peter,

this is related to the FailedLoginAttempts system preference
(https://koha-community.org/manual/18.11/en/html/systempreferences.html?highlight=failedloginattempts#failedloginattempts).

How did you reset the passwort? According to what I read on bug 18314
resetting the password in staff and using the password reset feature
should both work. Did you edit the record or did you use the "Change
password" feature from the toolbar?
