Short answer: 18.11 Long answer: Koha versions are numbered in YY.MM format (since May 2016). There are two major version releases every year - in May (05) and November (11).
So anytime you need to know the answer to this question, take a look at the calendar. The other part of your question - "bug free" - there is absolutely NO software in the world ever that can claim that status. The best one can describe it is "no known bugs".
