Hi, Tami--

Your example is a properly formed Library of Congress topical heading in a
650 field, which is supposed to end with a mark of punctuation or a closing
parenthesis--and the ending mark of punctuation is usually a period/full
stop.  Are you trying to identify records with such properly formatted
headings?  Or records that lack the ending mark of punctuation?  Or
accomplish something else?

Sorry if I've gone off on an Unnecessary Cataloger Tangent--just disregard
me if I have!  I do tend to do that!:)
