Hi Elaine

You can use a text editor like Notepad++ to edit the file and remove the
returns.

Once you open the file go to replace and choose extended, search for \r\n
and choose replace by \n.

"\r" is the return and "\n" is new line.

Then save as csv file and try to upload it again.
