The error says that the XML data in biblio_metadata.metadata is not correct (or does not exist). Try: select count(*) from biblio_metadata where id=2; It will tell you if the metadata for this bibliographic record exists or not. If it exists => my guess is that the XML is incorrect If it does not exist, additional question => from which version did you upgrade? Maybe you got an error during the upgrade process?
