Thank you Michael, I noticed that that I can check in items but the problem seems to be related with two specific items checked out to the same user.
I am trying to follow the advice here:https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/DBMS_auto_increment_fix but I don't feel very safe. For example I was able to edit the my.cnf file but I don't know where to add the line: nit-file=/var/lib/mysql/init-file_koha_fix.sql Any help will be much appreciated.
