Hi Raymond, there can be several reasons why fines are not calculating:
- Check the circulation conditions are set up correctly - Check the finesmode system preference is set to "Calculate and charge" - Check your calendar for holidays (usually no fines are accrued on holidays) - Verify that your items have both homebranch and holdingbranch set (952$a $b) Hope this helps, Katrin On 18.08.19 19:49, Raymond Okumu wrote:
