are the OPACBaseURL and StaffClientBaseURL configured correctly? If yes,
what is the URL of the "not found" page?

file there appears a white screen saying "not found".
We have tested this in Koha 18.11 and 19.05. Is there something more
to configure or is this maybe a bug?
