Great advice from Robin Sheat 2: "modify /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/libraryname. I'd suggest adding a ServerAlias line below the ServerName one with the new domain" ...and note, there's a second ServerName line in that file for the admin login URL further down in the file. You will want to change that as well!
