if you want to run koha stable on ubuntu 18.04, you should run the following
command...
$ echo 'deb http://debian.koha-community.org/koha stable main bionic' | sudo
tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/koha.list
...and if you want to run koha 19.11 on ubuntu 18.04, you should run the
following command...
$ echo 'deb http://debian.koha-community.org/koha 19.11 main bionic' | sudo
tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/koha.list
