Go ahead and install mariadb-server-10.5. You'll get another error message telling you that you can't install that because it depends on, I believe, mariadb-client-10.5. Install that, then install mariadb-server-10.5, then mariadb-server. I'm typing this on a computer with a very small screen, so if you think you see typos, you probably are.
