Hello everybody,
As a lot of you know, I'm interested in making Koha available to libraries that
don't have the budget to have an outside vendor install and configure Koha. To
show that it's possible to set up Koha by yourself, I've created a video that
takes the viewer through an actual installation, filmed (mostly) just as it
happened. I also wrote a few scripts that run some of Koha's more complicated
installation commands for you.
I'm putting this out for peer review-corrections and comments welcome! The
video is at

The link to the video and more information about the scripts is at

under "Handbooks, manuals, etc." It's been so long since I've done HTML that I
had to edit it several times. The code is right now, but an older version may
be cached somewhere.
