Hi Mason, Thanks for the reply! Some of the settings in my Koha setup are considerably different from yours. I should have added that I'm running my instance on a Digital Ocean 64-bit cloud server, and I'm on Ubuntu 18.04, not 20.04 as I thought. Do you think it might be easier for me to set up a fresh instance and export everything from the old system with sqldump? It might be faster, but it would still leave a puzzle...
