Hello,
Is there a way of making a fererated search in OPAC , or making the same
federated search using an CMS like joomla or wordpress ?
I have 10 koha libraries, each with its own instance and diferente
server and database.
I Need to implement something that searches all the kohas and merge the
results in one place.

I do not have any personal experience with it, but it should be able to
do what you want.

I was also thinking about Vufind. It's a great discovery system and if they
are all using Koha it shouldn't be complicated to setup.

It look like it uses metasearch or something like pazpar.
