Hello .. I am facing this problem too ... the thing is that the system
I'm working on was upgraded from Debian 8.0 to Debian 9.0 ... and it
seems to have Mysql 5.5 and MariaDB 10.1 installed ... as far as I know
REGEXP_REPLACE should be available in MariaDB 10.0 and newer...
[email protected] Koha instance has been installed via apt...
is there any documentation about how to check which DBMS is Koha using
and how to switch it?

MySQL versions. It doesn't seem to appear in the 5.7 manual, but only in
the 8.0 manual, but I am having trouble finding the version it was
