We have build a CI for Ubuntu 22.04 that works well :

So you can give it a try.
But its quite fresh to we decided to support officially only in next
release 22.11.

https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/System_requirements_and_recommendations#Koha_22.05
Ubuntu 22.04 is not one of officially supported operating systems yet.
