It looks like the database update ran half-way before, as it's supposed to add and remove the temp column: https://git.koha-community.org/Koha-community/Koha/src/commit/5e5b642067bb108e4270aa8d5aab130ab3403be8/installer/data/mysql/db_revs/211200016.pl#L21 I think you might have to remove the temp column before rerunning the database update, but it might be better to go back to a backup and rerun with the corrected database update.
