At first thought, this might be a bit tricky, as I recall there are only three overdue emails, ODUE, ODUE2 and ODUE3. But I think you should be able to do something with the patron emailer. We are using this functionality to communicate with our leavers and impending leavers automatically, and it is a very useful feature. Ray Delahunty
