Hi Koha Community Members, We have installed (package) Koha 22.05 on Ubuntu 22.04. We configured email agent exim4 with Outlook to send notices from Koha. Koha reporting circulation transactions details email status sent. But the patron has not received any email from Koha.
We also tried Koha's inbuilt SMTP Servers methods in the administration module. None of the above options worked for us. Kindly help us to integrate Microsoft Outlook email with Koha. We appreciate your support in advance.
