In full disclosure, Aida, this task is not one that I've ever needed to do. But research is fun, and I like to learn new things. According to a few searches through the list, my attention was brought firstly to the use of 'koha-shell' for such things and secondly to the following command to run this particular script:
$ sudo koha-shell -c '/usr/share/koha/bin/batchRebuildBiblioTables.pl -c' your_koha_name See https://lists.katipo.co.nz/public/koha/2021-July/056491.html for the relevant thread. If someone else out there knows better, then please give Aida the better tip!
