Hello, Upgraded from 24.05.02 to 24.05.04 and now having issues with holds.
Patrons can place holds on the public interface but holds are not appearing in "holds to pull", on further investigation when searching on the staff interface all records, regardless of item type or availability, have "No holds allowed" in the right corner where the edit options are. Holds cannot be placed anywhere on the staff interface, I've double checked circ rules, item types and system preferences and can't see a glaring problem. Running a report shows holds have been placed and holds are found when checking in items and can be fulfilled and emails are sent. Any insights?
