Hi Kazim, I don't think you can send a follow-up email after every checkout digest, but you can add a link to a survey to the digest email itself. Use the Notices and slips tool and look for your checkout digest template. On our Koha, the checkout digest's code is CHECKOUT and the name is "Item Check-out (Digest)" but the name may differ for you.
