Hello Mona, have you checked if the Memcached feature is enabled? This feature can improve the performance of Koha.

In the logs we were not able to see anything suspicious. Our server is also not fully maxed out in CPU/RAM. We have this week upgraded from 24.05 to 24.11 and hope that it will be better. Are there any other steps we can take to improve the performance?
