Not everyone uses enrollment fees. But it is a feature in the patron categories that could be useful. However, there are caveats to using that could be a little troublesome. Christopher will explain one issue he has run into with enrollment fees, and how he has addressed this in his Koha system. George is just jealous that he can't put this to good use.
