Hello Colleagues who utilize Aspen Discovery, One of our libs just asked me whether or not Aspen puts a patron's hold back in the same priority/place in queue after the patron or staff unfreezes/thaws that hold. In other words, if I freeze a hold when I am 7th in queue for a title, when I thaw that hold, will my hold still be 7th in queue for that title? The Aspen documentation did not specify the priority/in what place in queue the thawed/unsuspended hold would be. When I asked the Aspen Community, they indicated that it depends on the ILS used by Aspen. So, do any of you know what Koha does for suspended holds in this regard? https://koha-community.org/manual/25.05/en/html/circulation.html#suspend-holds-label also does not specify the priority/place in queue for a thawed/unsuspended hold. We are running Koha v. 25.05 with Maria DB.
