There is a patch attached now for 25.11 on the bug David mentioned. I
think applying this change manually might help to fix your instances:

did this solve your problem?
If you reset the mappings local changes only made via the GUI to the
Elasticsearch indexing configuration will be lost. Maybe you will want
to keep a backup to compare settings later on.
